Participation requirements apply. Each member receives 300 qualifying Coach requests per UTC month, and paid request Boosts are not available during Founder Beta.
Eligible fully participating members may choose one server-authorized, single-use benefit: 50% off their first monthly payment or 10% off their first annual payment. Benefits are non-transferable, non-stackable, and are not activated by a public coupon code.

Four normal paid options are available to authorized accounts. Billing entitlement remains separate from rollout access and does not replace account data.

Cancel anytime to stop renewal; paid access continues through the paid period. Cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund.
Initial monthly and annual purchases have a seven-calendar-day refund review window. Renewals are generally non-refundable, with review available for genuine errors and applicable-law exceptions.
Eligible subscriptions may pause for up to 90 days once per rolling 12 months and may resume early. A warning is sent around Day 87; an unrestarted pause enters the standard 30-day retention lifecycle after Day 90.
A failed renewal receives seven days of payment grace before paid access ends and the 30-day retention lifecycle begins. Taxes may apply.
