Privacy Policy

This provisional Privacy Policy describes how DevotionDude Entertainment, LLC, doing business as Coach My Match ("CMM," "we," "us," or "our"), handles information for its AI-powered dating and relationship coaching platform. It requires qualified attorney review before public launch.

Information and purposes

CMM processes account and authentication data; Profile and partner-preference data; private Coach conversations and confirmed memory; People records; Coaching Plans; Shared Space content; uploaded media; consent, support, feedback, security, billing-state, and operational data. We use this information to authenticate users, provide and personalize requested features, secure and maintain the service, process payments, deliver required communications, support users, meet legal obligations, and evaluate content-free reliability and cost signals.

Private Profile, Coach, memory, People, plans, media, Settings, billing, and feedback data remain separated by owner and authorization boundaries. Shared Space exposes only information deliberately proposed and accepted there. Accounts do not merge, and payment by another person does not grant private-data access.

AI processing and optional improvement consent

Authorized context is sent to AI infrastructure only when needed to provide requested Coach features. AI responses may be wrong and do not create professional privilege. Optional AI-improvement consent is off by default, requires affirmative opt-in, is separate from ordinary private personalization, and may permit future use of eligible de-identified conversation data to improve CMM's AI and coaching systems. Declining does not reduce service. Revocation stops future eligibility but may not reverse prior irreversibly incorporated de-identified learning or statistical results. No generalized training pipeline is enabled by this consent during Founder Beta.

Uploaded screenshots and third-party information

You retain ownership of submitted photos, messages, text, files, and screenshots. CMM receives only the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, store, process, reproduce, analyze, transmit, personalize, secure, maintain, and support the service. Private screenshot analysis occurs only after an explicit user action. Minimize unnecessary third-party identifiers and submit only material you have the right to share. CMM is independent of the dating and communication platforms whose content may appear in screenshots.

Service providers and disclosure

Necessary service providers may process data for hosting, database and authentication, private storage, AI infrastructure, payments, transactional email, analytics, security, and support. This is a category description, not a claim that every possible subprocessor is listed here. We may disclose limited information when required by applicable law or necessary to protect rights, security, or users.

CMM does not sell, license, or monetize private Coach conversations, relationship histories, Profile data, or personal information to third parties for their independent marketing or data monetization. Marketing consent is optional and separate from required security, account, billing, legal, and service communications.

Conversation deletion and other controls

Deleting a private Coach conversation removes that conversation from active product use, but does not automatically delete separately confirmed Profile facts, partner preferences, or confirmed Coach memory. Those are distinct, separately reviewable controls. Archive is not deletion.

Authenticated users can request a personal-data export in a commonly usable structured format. Delivery is private and short-lived rather than an email attachment. The current export may include private-media metadata without the media binaries themselves.

An account-deletion request starts a 30-day recovery period and then the existing finalization process. It removes private product records and active uploaded objects as documented, while preserving only limited records reasonably needed for legal, accounting, security, fraud, or dispute purposes. Secure backup copies are not instantly erased; they age out through operational rotation and are excluded from normal product retrieval after finalization.

Billing lifecycle and retention

Paid access generally continues through the paid period after cancellation. A failed renewal receives seven days of payment grace. An eligible pause may retain the account for up to 90 days once per rolling 12 months. When paid access or an unrestarted pause ends, the standard 30-day retention/removal lifecycle begins. These billing states do not expose private product content to another payer or partner.

Emergencies and third parties

CMM is not an emergency or crisis service and does not continuously monitor conversations or independently contact police, emergency services, family, partners, or other third parties solely because of what you tell the AI. Seek appropriate real-world help for immediate danger. CMM does not automatically transmit Coach history to independent dating platforms or any future professional referral provider.

Contact and changes

Current support contact is available through CMM's published Support link. We do not publish a physical legal address until the owner and qualified counsel approve one. Material policy changes are versioned, historical acceptance remains recorded, and renewed acceptance may be required. We target reasonable notice, including 30 days when practicable. Optional consent never silently becomes granted.
