Terms of Service

These provisional Terms govern Coach My Match, an AI-powered dating and relationship coaching platform operated by DevotionDude Entertainment, LLC, doing business as Coach My Match ("Coach My Match," "CMM," "we," "us," or "our"). They require qualified attorney review before public launch.

What CMM provides

CMM helps adults understand dating and relationship situations, evaluate potential partners, improve communication, consider decisions, improve dating profiles and messages, analyze user-provided screenshots, and identify observable strengths, concerns, red flags, and green flags. CMM is not a matchmaking service and does not provide or promise matches. We do not guarantee responses, dates, relationships, reconciliation, marriage, relationship improvement, or prevention of breakup, separation, or divorce.

AI and professional boundaries

The Coach is artificial intelligence. It can misunderstand information and produce incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate responses. Recommendations are advisory; you remain responsible for decisions and should verify consequential information. CMM is not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, psychiatric care, licensed marriage or family counseling, licensed professional counseling, medical care, individualized legal or financial advice, or an emergency or crisis service. It may provide general educational information and recommend qualified professionals. Communications do not create attorney-client, therapist-patient, doctor-patient, clergy, or similar professional relationships or privileges.

CMM does not continuously monitor conversations and does not independently contact police, emergency services, family, partners, or other third parties solely because of what you tell the AI. If you face immediate danger or crisis, contact appropriate real-world emergency or support resources. CMM may shift to safety-oriented guidance and avoid advice likely to increase danger.

Eligibility and individual accounts

CMM is for adults age 18 or older. Accounts and credentials are individual and must not be shared. Couples and spouses should keep separate accounts; each account's private Profile, Coach history, memory, People records, plans, media, Settings, and billing remain private. Payment or a gift from another person does not grant that person access to the recipient's private data. Founder Beta seats, allowances, and benefits are individual.

Your content and private analysis

You retain ownership of photos, messages, text, files, screenshots, and other content you submit. You grant CMM a limited, nonexclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, analyze, transmit, personalize, secure, maintain, and support that content only as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the service under your choices. We do not receive a broad public-content license. Public use of a testimonial, success story, image, or Coach interaction requires separate authorization.

You may submit appropriate dating-profile, conversation, or message screenshots for private analysis where permitted. Minimize unnecessary third-party identifying information such as full legal names, addresses, phone numbers, employers, and account numbers. You are responsible for having the right to submit the material.

Coach responses and CMM intellectual property

You may ordinarily share an individual Coach response for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not systematically extract or bulk-harvest responses, scrape or probe the service, resell responses, build a competing dataset or AI/coaching service, reverse engineer protected systems, or attempt to obtain protected system prompts or internal instructions. CMM does not claim ownership of every individual AI-generated sentence.

CMM retains rights in its software, interface, branding, proprietary workflows, system architecture, documentation, graphics, protected prompts and system designs, database structures, and other CMM-created intellectual property.

Acceptable use and safety

Ordinary adult discussions of intimacy, sexual compatibility, boundaries, sexual communication, relationship concerns, and educational sexual health are permitted. Exploitative, abusive, non-consensual, or illegal sexual content or conduct is prohibited. Do not use CMM for fraud, payment or refund abuse, credential trafficking, impersonation, unauthorized access, quota circumvention, scraping, reverse engineering, infrastructure disruption, unauthorized automation, malware, harassment, threats, stalking, abuse, or serious harmful or illegal misuse. We may use graduated enforcement where practical; serious security, fraud, or harm risks may result in immediate suspension.

Third-party services and future referrals

CMM may help with experiences on independent services such as Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, Match, Facebook Dating, Instagram, text messaging, or other platforms. CMM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with those services unless expressly stated. Follow their rules. We are not responsible for their bans, suspensions, restrictions, or policy changes, and CMM must not be used to bypass their security, identity verification, moderation, or technical controls. CMM does not automatically log in to or control third-party accounts.

CMM does not currently provide a professional-referral marketplace. If referrals are offered later, relevant compensation or sponsorship will be disclosed, providers will remain independent unless expressly stated, you may choose another provider, no outcome will be guaranteed, and only information you authorize will be transmitted. Coach conversation history will not be sent automatically.

Billing, cancellation, refunds, pause, and retention

Prices and recurring cadence are shown before purchase; taxes may apply. An initial monthly or annual subscription purchase, including a qualifying Founder Beta discounted initial purchase, may be eligible for refund review through the inclusive seventh calendar day. After that, payments and renewals are generally non-refundable except where law requires or an audited CMM-error, duplicate/incorrect-charge, genuine accidental-renewal, or other approved exception applies. Cancellation alone does not create a prorated refund or an automatic refund for unused annual months.

You may cancel anytime to stop future renewal. Paid access continues through the paid billing period, followed by the standard 30-day retention/removal lifecycle. Eligible subscriptions may be paused for up to 90 days once per rolling 12 months, with an expiration warning around Day 87; early resume is allowed. If not resumed by Day 90, the 30-day retention lifecycle begins. A failed renewal receives a seven-day payment grace period; unresolved expiry then enters retention. Account deletion is a separate authenticated process and is not instantaneous backup erasure.

Service changes, availability, and enforcement

Founder Beta functionality may change rapidly. CMM is provided as-is and as-available to the extent lawful, without an uninterrupted or error-free guarantee. Material privacy or legal changes are versioned and may require renewed acceptance; historical acceptance remains recorded and optional consent is not silently granted. We target reasonable notice, including 30 days when practicable, for material changes.

Disputes and liability

Virginia law governs subject to mandatory consumer protections. Before formal proceedings, the parties will attempt informal resolution for 30 days. The separately presented arbitration provision provides individual binding arbitration where enforceable, a small-claims exception, a class/representative waiver to the extent enforceable, a 30-day opt-out, and appropriate court or injunctive exceptions.

To the extent lawful, CMM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate contractual liability is limited to amounts paid to CMM during the preceding 12 months, subject to exceptions that cannot lawfully be limited. Third parties act independently. These provisions do not waive non-waivable rights.
